Tikal - Part 2 - More Pictures!

View World Trip 2012 - Actual on dariusz's travel map.

Today is Christmas Day and in Antigua Guatemala that means the city is asleep until at least noon and it gives me plenty of time to add another blog entry. It turns out the Guatemalan's celebrate Christmas Eve by having a family meal at midnight which is then followed by Christmas gift giving. It's no surprise then that no one is really awake in the morning.

We have so many photos and videos to share with you guys that it's hard to choose what to post next but I thought maybe some more pictures from Tikal would be fun

Hey guys hope you had a good xmass.
It was a pleasant surprise to hear from you guys 
I know you guys are busy and all being on vacation :p , but are you able to add commentaries at the end of photos or some fun facts about the ruins you guys visit. I mean how am I going to learn about the world if you just post pictures and hard any comments to go along with them. :p

Derek couldn’t you get a better shot of that animal with the bushy tail, I want quality not quantity :p
I don’t even know what to call the thing, for all that I know that thing could be part of the local delicacies.
I like how creepy and mystic the one picture looks, it’s the one of the (Mayan?) ruins in the background and the jungle in the foreground.

Where are the food pictures hmmm....

Sorry if I am being to demanding...

NOT! :p

Some-one has to make you guys work a little on your vacation :p
